Bio: Ahed Gasos (@HchGZZYaKkfcQ0E) holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Aden. She also has a high diploma in English. She works as a UNICEF Coordinator for the Social Welfare Fund in Aden. She was also a Director of the Women's Department in the Social Welfare Fund. Prior to that, she was appointed as the Director of Productive Families in Abyan governorate at the office of social affairs and labor.

Ahed participated in many workshops and training sessions, the most important being about the role of the civil NGOs with OXFAM, a field survey course for private companies in Aden in cooperation with the World Bank, and various training courses in marketing, in cooperation with the Social Welfare Fund. Ahed participated in several training sessions in Aden university about Women and Social Peace. She also participated in a training course on the right and duties of workers, especially laws regarding working women.

Ahed was appointed as Project Coordinator for South Yemen, in partnership with Search for Common Grounds. She worked in the Administrative Management of Akoon Foundation for Rights and Freedom for eight years. She has also participated in many awareness-raising events over the years. Ahed has many academic, scientific, literary, and social contributions.
