Bio: Aqdar Mukhtar a lawyer and member of the Southern Feminist Coalition. She has a master’s in International Law specialized in Arbitration and Conflict Resolution. She is a founding member and chairperson of Champions for Protecting Development Society. She is also the gender and GBV focal point at the Gender Network. She is an expert and national trainer in areas of protection, conflict resolution, community safety, and participation. She is also a member of the Aden Youth Consultation team and a member of the Consultative Youth Authority for Aden Youth and Sports Government Office.
