Bio: Eisha Abadel is an expert on the southern issue. She is one of the first women to participate in the Southern Movement, seeking independence and separation from the North. She was appointed as a member of the Presidency of the High Council of the Peaceful Southern Movement in the first conference of the Southern Movement in 2012.

Eisha is the head of the Southern Feminist Group and the head of the Women and Children Committee of the National Assembly of the Southern Transnational Council. Through the Southern Feminist Group, she implemented a community safety project that targets female literacy in Aden. Additionally, she conducted many training sessions about women's empowerment and on UN Resolution 1325. She worked during the war in humanitarian projects and was a General Supervisor with the Emirati Red Crescent for 3 years.

Eisha worked ten years to introduce the Southern issue through meetings with European and Arab ambassadors, representatives of the UN envoy, and through conducting workshops and seminars inside Yemen and abroad. She is a member of the Women Solidarity Network. She is also a member of the Aden Consultation Team, which is implemented by the Berghof Organization in partnership with the Political Forum for Development, to address Aden's situation after the war.
