Bio: Entisar Al-Hathali is a southern feminist leader, born in Al-Dhalea Governorate. She is the chairperson of the " My Right" Foundation, which focuses on women's political empowerment. Entisar is a well-established woman leader, at the beginning of the war and the invasion of Aden, Entisar held the position of director of the Resistance’s Wounded committee in Aden from 2015-to 2017. Entesar is a member of the southern movement, in 2011 she was appointed as the international coordinator between the Southern Movement, the European Union, and international organizations working in Yemen. In addition to that, in 2022, she was appointed as the representative of the Foreign Relations of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) in Switzerland. In the southern feminist sphere, she holds the position of President of the Southern Feminist Committee for Reconciliation and Peace, which was established in 2019, and is a political leader at the Socialist Party since 1989, where she worked on central committee in the office of the Secretary-General for the party. Currently, Intisar is the executive director of the tourism promotion council for Yemen.
In addition to that, Entisar has a long experience in the education sector, where she has worked as the director of the Somali refugee school in Aden supported by the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) between 2013-2014, and also worked as a school supervisor in several private schools in Aden governorate.
In 2019, Intisar received the "Leader's print" award from the Arab Development Council for Women and Business in Beirut. She is a member of a number of regional and international feminist and human rights networks, including, the Feminist Alliance for Peace, and the French International Alliance for Peace in the World, in addition to her membership with Women Solidarity Network.
Entisar holds a BA in Philosophy and Social Sciences from the University of Aden, in addition to that, she holds a Higher Diploma in International Arbitration and Armed Conflict Resolution from the Arab Republic of Egypt. He also holds a diploma in women's leadership from the American Democratic Institute.

النبذة: انتصار الهدالي قيادية نسوية جنوبية من مواليد محافظة الضالع، وهي رئيسة مؤسسة "من حقي" التي تركز على تمكين المرأة سياسياً ودعمها للوصول إلى مواقع صنع القرار. حققت إنتصار إنجازات عديدة ففي بداية الحرب واجتياح عدن شغلت إنتصار منصب مديرة قسم جرحى المقاومة في عدن ما بين عامي 2015-2017. تركز إنتصار في عملها على دعم القضية الجنوبية ففي عام 2011 تم تعيينها كمنسقة بين الحراك الجنوبي والاتحاد الأوروبي والمنظمات الدولية العاملة في اليمن. إضافة لذلك في عام 2022 تم تعيينها ممثلة مكتب العلاقات الخارجية للمجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي في سويسرا، وفي الجانب النسوي الجنوبي هي تشغل منصب رئيسة لجنة النسوية الجنوبية التصالح والسلام التي تأسست عام 2019 وعضويتها في الحزب الاشتراكي منذ 1989، حيث عملت في اللجنة المركزية في مكتب أمين عام الحزب.
بجانب كل هذا لدى إنتصار خبرة طويلة في العمل التربوي والتعليمي، فقد عملت كمديرة لمدرسة اللاجئين الصوماليين في عدن التابعة للمفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان ما بين الفترة 2013-2014 ، ايضاً عملت كمشرفة مدرسية في عدة مدارس أهلية في محافظة عدن. حاليا تعمل إنتصار كمديرة تنفيذية لمجلس الترويج السياحي لليمن .
في عام 2019 حصلت انتصار على جائزة " بصمة قائدة" من المجلس العربي الإنمائي للمرأة والأعمال في بيروت. و هي عضوة في عدد من المكونات النسوية والحقوقية إقليمياً ودولياً، منها عضو الهيئة التنفيذية لمنظمة حقوق الإنسان الدفاع عن الحقوق والحرية (عدن) و التحالف النسوي للسلام و التحالف الدولي الفرنسي للسلام في العالم اضافة الى عضويتها في شبكة التضامن النسوي.
إنتصار حاصلة على بكالوريوس فلسفة وعلوم اجتماعية من جامعة عدن، إضافة لذلك هي حاصلة على دبلوم عالي في التحكيم الدولي وفض النزاعات المسلحة من جمهورية مصر العربية. ايضاً حاصلة على دبلوم في القيادة النسوية من من المعهد الديمقراطي الأمريكي .
