Bio: Hala Al-Shehari has been a Social Activist for ten years. She advocates for women’s rights and works in developing and empowering them. She provided training for women in human development and micro-projects. Currently, she works as a Deputy Executive Manager in Khubraa Center for Training and Consultation.

Al-Shehari is the head of an advocacy committer for women's issues with the local authority and GIZ Organization. Her role was qualifying women in the government sector to hold decision-making positions. Hala was also the Secretary-General of the Local Dialogue in Al-Hodidah with the National Dialogue Program, established by the Political Development Forum and the German Organization, Berghof.
