Madina holds a professional master's degree in political science and crisismanagement. She is an activist and political researcher, a member of theSupreme Council, and chair of the Women's Development Committee in the Women'sDepartment of the Hadramaut Inclusive Conference. She is also a member of theAdvisory Council of the Southern Transitional Council and the AdvisoryCommittee for Promoting Local Governance and Building Peace in Yemen inHadramaut, through which she has helped resolve many conflicts and achievestability and community peace. Madina has been actively involved in varioushigh-profile discussions and meetings. She participated in discussing thefeminist peace roadmap presented by the Peace Track Initiative and attended theJordanian meeting of influential political women as the sole representativefrom Hadhramaut Governorate and the Hadhramaut Inclusive Conference.Additionally, she attended the Tunisia meeting to discuss the foundations ofthe transitional period and the Sweden meeting on the importance of continuingthe truce in Yemen, organized by the German Agency. As a member of thecommunity civil committee, Madina has worked with Hadhramaut Women for Peace inadvocacy workshops and campaigns to open the Dabba Road and Al-Rayyan Airport.She serves as The Secretary-General of the First Women’s Peace Conference andan advisor to the Peace Road Foundation for Development. Furthermore, she isthe women's representative in the presidency of the Supreme Committee forDemanding Hadhramaut Rights and a member of the Women's Summit and the Women'sParty and Politics Caucus.

Madina participated in the delegation of the Hadhramaut InclusiveConference, the meeting in the political department of the Aden office, and themeeting with the European Union ambassadors. She has completed numerouscourses, including those in the art of negotiation and simulated conflictresolution.
