Bio: Marcillia Abdullah is a graduate of English Literature and Linguistics from Taiz University (Faculty of Arts), Marcillia is a member of the Youth Mediation Support Team, a graduate of the Access Program (AMIDEAST Yemen) grant(she has a certificate from the US Embassy), a member of the Network of Yemeni Young Leaders ,Second Generation, a member of Feminist Solidarity and a member of many youth initiatives and local organizations. I worked for more than one local organization such as Improve Your Society , the National Organization for Health Development, Hemmat Shabab Foundation, the Humanitarian Forum, Finger Print Youth Foundation, Resource Foundation, as well as with many research centers, I worked in international organizations such as (CARE International, ITDC as well as Solidarities International
Al-Osali has many experiences. She has worked in coordinating various administrative and field projects inside and outside Taiz Governorate, and has worked in education and awareness Campaigns . She belongs to the Humanitarian Response Team. She also worked in monitoring and accountability, follow-up and evaluation, field surveys, coordination of mobilization and advocacy campaigns, and data entry. Within the framework of the Youth Mediation Support Team, she collects data related to the disappeared and prisoners, and conducts in-depth interviews to support the efforts of local mediators.
Marcillia has many skills, the most prominent are leadership and influence, and works in the humanitarian field with initiative and self-effort, and is interested in and believes in community issues, especially women and youth issues. It is also closely concerned with building and spreading a culture of peace and non-violence and human rights issues.

النبذة: مرسيليا عبد الله هيخريجة آداب إنجليزي ولغويات من جامعة تعز (كلية الآداب)، مرسيليا هي عضو في فريق الشباب لدعم الوساطة، خريجةمن منحة أكسس بروجرام (أميديست يمن) (لديها شهادة من السفارة الامريكية) ، عضو في شبكة القيادات الشبابية اليمنية الجيلالثاني، كما انها عضو في التضامن النسوي وعضو لدى مبادرات شبابية ومنظمات محلية عديدة.عملت لدى أكثر من منظمة محلية مثل منظمة طور مجتمعك، المنظمة الوطنية للتنمية الصحية،مؤسسة همة شباب، المنتدى الانساني، مؤسسة بصمة شباب، مؤسسة المورد، وكذلك لدىمراكز أبحاث، عملت في منظمات دولية مثل (منظمة كير العالمية، المركز السويدي وكذلكسوليدارتي الفرنسية).
العسالي لديها تجارب عديدة فقد عملت في تنسيقمشاريع متنوعة إداريا وميدانياً داخل محافظة تعز وخارجها، عملت في التثقيف والتوعية.وهي تنتمي لفريق استجابة إنسانية. كما انها عملت في الرصد والمساءلة وفي المتابعةوالتقييم وفي المسح الميداني، التنسيق لحملات الحشد والمناصرة، ادخال البيانات. وفيإطار فريق الشباب لدعم الوساطة فهي تقوم بجمع بيانات متعلقةبالمخفيين والأسرى، إجراء مقابلات معمقة لمساندة جهود الوسطاء المحليين.
مرسيليا لديها العديد من المهارات وأبرزها القيادةوالتأثير، وتعمل في المجال الانساني بمبادرة وبمجهود ذاتي ومهتمة ومؤمنة بقضاياالمجتمع وخصوصا قضايا المرأة والشباب. كما انها تهتم عن كثب في بناء ونشر ثقافةالسلام واللاعنف وبقضايا حقوق الانسان.
