Najiba ِAl-Naggar is an expert in Women Peace and Security, where she has more than 10 years of experience in this field. Currently, she is leading the position of project coordinator of the Women, Peace and Security Program at SOS Foundation for Development in partnership with CARE NL, which will continue until 2025. Najiba has extensive expertise in project coordination and management as she worked as the coordinator of the Women, Peace, and Security Program for the 2021 Center for Youth Capacity Development, in addition to being the coordinator of the Community Resilience and Protection Program from COVID-19 with the SOS Center in partnership with the British Embassy and UN Women. Additionally,she was a program director and coordinator for a number of projects and programs on community leadership, safe marriage enactment, and peacebuilding for war-affected women in collaboration with a number of organizations such as CARE and UNICEF.

Najiba is UN Women 2020 Advocacy and Communication Adviser for the Yemeni Women's Charter for Peace and Security. Previously during the National Dialogue Conference, she worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources Department at the National Dialogue Conference. Najiba is a member of the National Team for Planning, Coordination, and Monitoring (NTPCM) - Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the United Nations Development Program and is a member of the Women Solidarity Network.

Najiba holds a BA in Art Education, ٍand in 2022 she got her master's degree in political science from Diana International College.
