Bio English: Noria Al-Asbahi is aprofessor assistant of Administration, Strategic Planning and Skills Development at the College of Education, Ibb University, and a chairwoman of the Intilaaqah Foundation for Community Development since 2013 until now. She is currently working at the Ministry of Higher Education in Qatar.
Prior that, Al-Asbahi was an assistant professor at the Community College of Qatar 2015-2017, and worked in school administration and guidance in Yemen for a period of 2000-2005. In addition, she headed the Yemeni Women Union branch, Jabla branch, and was a memebr of Yemeni Women Union in Ibb governorate.
She founded and headed the Cultural Library for Women and Children during the period 2000-2007, in addition to being a member of the Development Planning Committee in Al-Junaid Region to accelerate the goals of the third millennium of the United Nations.
Al-Asbahi obtained a PhD in management, strategic planning and skills development from Taiz University, and before that she obtained a master's degree in management, strategic planning and skills development from Ibb University. She has many research papers published in scientific journals, conferences, office and field research posts, and she supervised many master's and doctoral dissertations. She has experience in training SPSS statistical analysis and training on development and planning, empowering women as leaders and their political and legal rights, and she holds an MCE technology and network trainer certificate.
Al-Asbahi is specialized in development and planning, and has human rights activity in the field and in the media, through community advocacy campaigns for community issues, especially women and childhood issues.
Al-Asbahi has active contributions in the field of human justice, messengers of dialogue, and stimulation of effective participation. She also has published press articles on issues of peace, freedom, justice, and education as foundations for sustainable development in the homeland.

نورية الأصبحي هي أستاذ مساعد الإدارة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنمية المهارات بكلية التربية جامعة إب، ورئيس مؤسسة انطلاقة للتنمية المجتمعية منذ 2013 حتى الآن ورئيسة مسار التعليم في تيار التوافق الوطني، وهي تعمل حاليا في وزارة التعليم العالي بدولة قطر.
كانت الأصبحي أستاذ مساعد في كلية المجتمع قطر 2015-2017، وعملت في الإدارة والتوجيه المدرسي في اليمن لمدة 2000-2005، وترأست فرع اتحاد نساء اليمن فرع جبلة، وكانت عضو اتحاد نساء اليمن محافظة إب، وعضو اللجنة المركزية لاتحاد نساء اليمن بالجمهورية.
أسست الأصبحي المكتبة الثقافية للمرأة والطفل ورأستها خلال الفترة 2000-2007، بالإضافة لكونها عضوة لجنة التخطيط التنموي بإقليم الجند لتسريع أهداف الألفية الثالثة للأمم المتحدة.
حصلت الأصبحي على الدكتوراه في الإدارة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنمية المهارات من جامعة تعز، وقبلها حصلت على ماجستير في الإدارة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنمية المهارات من جامعة إب، لديها العديد من الأبحاث المنشورة في المجلات العلمية والمؤتمرات ومشاركات بحثية مكتبية وميدانية، وأشرفت على العديد من رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه. ولديها خبرة في تدريب التحليل الإحصائي SPSS والتدريب حول التنمية والتخطيط تمكين المرأة كقيادية وحقوقها السياسية والقانونية، وهي حاصلة على MCE شهادة المدرب التكنولوجي والشبكات.
تعد الأصبحي متخصصة في التنمية والتخطيط، ولديها نشاط حقوقي ميدانيًا وإعلاميًا، من خلال حملات المناصرة المجتمعية لقضايا المجتمع وخاصة قضايا المرأة والطفولة.
للأصبحي مساهمات فاعلة في مجال العدالة الإنسانية ورسل الحوار وتحفيز المشاركة الفعالة، كما لها مقالات صحفية منشورة حول مواضيع السلام والحرية والعدالة والتعليم كمرتكزات للتنمية المستدامة في الوطن.
