Bio: Ola Al-Aghbary (@Olaalaghbary) was born in 1992, graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Taiz. She is a Yemeni social entrepreneur. She is the co-founder and CEO of the Sheba Youth Foundation for Development and Peace. She has worked with many local and international organizations. Her main concern is to empower young people and women to make a positive change in their societies. She started her social and civic work since 2011, when she established many volunteering and social initiatives, and that qualified her at the age of 19 , to be the youngest speaker at the first TEDx event in her city “TEDx Taiz”, where she talked about the importance of civil work and youth initiatives in building peace and enhance development efforts. . In 2013 she was chosen as one of the influential women in Yemen by National Democratic Institute (NDI). In 2016 she graduated from the program of develop the capabilities of young consultants in civil society work, and then in 2017 she was chosen to be a Fellow at the Leaders for Democracy Fellowship Program at the American University - Beirut, Lebanon. Ola worked there with the Lebanese Peace Labs team. She is also the founder and key member of the Regional Advisory Youth Majlis in the Middle East and North Africa (RAYAM), which was established by the UNICEF Regional Office, NGOs and United Nations agencies in the Middle East and North Africa region. After that, she was chosen as an ambassador of youth and peacebuilding at One Young World Summit .In 2018 she was chosen as one of the best social solutions makers and young researchers at the Evidence Symposium for Adolescents and Youth in the MENA Region by UNICEF Regional Office and American University of Beirut. Also, she is a young consultant among six young men who were chosen from the Middle East to be on the Youth Advisory Council at the No Lost Generation Tech Summit, which was held in Amman in 2019. She represented Yemen in many local and international workshops and conferences.

النبذة: عُلاا لأغبري (@Olaalaghbary) ،خريجة كلية القانون ،جامعة تعز.رائدة أعمال مجتمعية يمنية..هي المؤسس المشارك والرئيسة التنفيذية لمؤسسة شباب سبأ للتنمية والسلام .عُلا هي أيضا المنسقة العامة لمنصة شباب لبناء السلام وهي منصة محلية يمنية في بناء السلام .عملت مع العديد من المنظمات المحلية والدولية .اهتمامها الرئيسي هو تمكين الشباب والنساء لإحداث تغيير إيجابي في مجتمعاتهم. بدأت عملها المجتمعي والمدني منذ العام 2011 حيث أنشأت العديد من المبادرات المجتمعيةوالتطوعية مما أهلها قي عمر ال19 عام لتكون اصغر متحدثه في الحدث الجماهيري TEDx Taiz. حيثكان حديثها عن أهمية العمل المجتمعي والشبابي في تغيير المجتمعيات وذلك في العام2012. في العام 2013 اختيرت من قبل المعهد الديمقراطي(NDI) كإحدى النساء المؤثرات على مستوى الجمهورية اليمنية . في العام 2016 تخرجت من برنامج تطوير قدرات الإستشاريين الشباب في العمل المدني وبعد ذلك في العام 2017 تم اختيارها لتكون زميلة في برنامج زمالة رواد الديمقراطية في الجامعة الأمريكية – بيروت ، لبنان. وعملت هناك مع الفريق اللبناني لتحويل الصراعات (Peace Labs). عُلا أيضا مؤسس وعضو أساسي في المجلس الإقليمي لليافعين والشباب في الشرق الأوسط وشمالافريقيا (RAYAM) والذي تم تأسيسة من قبل مكتب اليونسيف الإقليمي و المنظمات الغير حكومية ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا .بعد ذلك تم اختيارها كسفيرة في مجال الشباب وبناء السلام من قبل القمة العالمية (One Young World )وفي العام 2018 تم اختيارها كواحدة من أفضل صانعي الحلول الاجتماعية والباحثين الشباب في ندوة الأدلة للمراهقين و الشباب في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا من قبل مكتب اليونيسف الإقليمي والجامعة الأمريكية بيروت. أيضا هي استشارية شابه من بين ستة شباب تماختيارهم من منطقة الشرق الأوسط ليكونوا في المجلس الإستشاري الشبابي في قمة التكنولوجيا لا لضياع جيل (No Lost Generation Tech Summit) والتي عقدت في في عمان في العام ل2019. مثلت اليمن في العديد من المؤتمرات المحلية والدولية .
