Bio: Omimah Alsaadi (@omimah65) is an architect and an activist. She has a Master’s Degree in project and construction management, her thesis focusing on the management of post disasters reconstruction. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in management engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Omimah worked on many projects, one of which was with the Deutsche organization, Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), which focused on restoration and development of historical Yemeni cities, like Zabidcity in Al-Hodidah, Shebam in Hadramout, and Sana’a Old City.
